弊監査法人は、平成26年7月8日付で金融庁から業務改善命令及び1年間の業務の一部の停止命令（平成26年7月10日から平成27年7月9日までの契約の新規の締結に関する業務の停止）を受けました。これに対して、平成27年7月15日に第二回目の業務改善状況報告書を金融庁に提出いたしました。
弊監査法人は、監査法人としての社会的責任を認識し、引き続き全構成員一丸となって監査品質のより一層の向上に努めていく次第です。
また、契約の新規の締結に関する業務の停止命令については7月9日をもって終了しております。
